VSI Properties is a professional Spanish Estate Agency, and we have been operating from our office in the village of Villamarchante, Valencia since 1998. We offer a complete property service which means as well as having a large selection of property for sale, we also provide financial advice, legal advice and we specialise in arranging mortgages for both Spanish and foreign buyers.

At VSI Properties, our pricing structure means that all our properties are accurately priced and we don't add on any extortionate fees for our services. The estate agency fees are in fact included in the property prices we advertise. You do however need to add on approximately 10% to cover the local taxes, land registry fees and notary costs that form a part of every property purchase here in Spain. Once you have found the property you want to buy, we will of course provide you with a breakdown of all costs involved to ensure that you know in advance exactly how much you have to pay.
